Account Deletion

This page explains how to request the deletion of your NeopolisGO account and the personal data associated with it, in accordance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and the Google Play Console requirements.

1. Delete your account from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the NeopolisGO mobile application:

Open the NeopolisGO app on your device.
Go to Settings (gear icon).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
Confirm the deletion.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

2. Alternative: request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request the deletion of your account by sending an email to contact@neopolisgo.com with the following information:

The user identifier (UID) displayed in the app's Settings > Account section, if available.
Your in-game pseudo (player name) and discriminator.
The platform you play on (iOS or Android).

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.

3. What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your in-game profile (pseudo, avatar, level, progression).
All buildings, lands, cards and other in-game items linked to your account.
Your Corporation membership (if you were a member).
Your purchase history reference (the financial records of purchases are retained for legal and accounting reasons as described in our Privacy Policy).
Analytics events tied to your user identifier.
Crash and performance reports tied to your user identifier.

4. What is retained

For legal, accounting and fraud-prevention reasons, the following data may be retained after account deletion:

Anonymised purchase records (required by tax and accounting laws for up to 10 years depending on jurisdiction).
Anonymised aggregate analytics that cannot be used to re-identify you.
Records of moderation actions linked to violations of our Terms of Service.
